Are you friendly, organized, and ready to help customers feel taken care of? Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company serving Lemoyne, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team full-time and be the welcoming voice of our company.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Lemoyne, PA
• Type: Full-time, in-office

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for HVAC service and installations
• Provide exceptional customer support and follow up on service requests
• Assist with dispatching technicians and updating schedules
• Process customer information and maintain accurate records
• Support the office team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
