About the Role:
Cynthia Rowley is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Nashville, TN! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment where you'll make a real impact on the customer experience every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to drive sales and satisfaction
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and dressing room
• Restock shelves, racks and manage inventory to ensure product availability
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Able to work in a environment alone.
• Comfortable with opening and closing the store  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping customers
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
