Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our building operations team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

•  Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces 
•  Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal 
•  Remove garbage and recycling from designated areas and dispose of properly 
•  Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, including changing light bulbs and reporting repairs 
•  Monitor building condition and report safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly 
•  Assist with deliveries, package handling, and moving items as required 
•  Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salt application, or outdoor cleaning 
•  Maintain cleaning supply inventory and report shortages 
•  Follow building safety procedures and standards at all times
