Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image.
• Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Follow established cash handling procedures and process payments accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to Management.
