We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial/Custodial employee to clean and maintain commercial facilities in the Park Rapids and Menahga areas.

Applicants may choose to work at one location or both locations. The two accounts are approximately 10 minutes apart, making it possible for one employee to work both accounts if desired. Employees who work both locations may choose which account to visit first.

Available Schedules

Park Rapids –Broadway Road, Park Rapids, MN 56470

•  Monday: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
•  Friday: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
•  Approximately 4 hours per week

Menahga – Aspen Ave N, Menahga, MN 56464

•  Monday:-through -Friday  4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
•  Approximately 10 hours per week

Both Locations: Approximately 14 hours per week


Job Responsibilities

•  Clean and maintain assigned areas 
•  Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors 
•  Clean and sanitize restrooms 
•  Empty trash and recycling 
•  Dust and wipe down surfaces 
•  Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines 

Requirements

•  Must be authorized to work in the United States
•  Must be able to pass a background check
•  Must be able to pass a drug test
•  Reliable transportation to the assigned location(s) 
•  Dependable and consistent attendance 
•  Ability to work independently and follow instructions 
•  Attention to detail and pride in your work 
•  Must be able to maintain a consistent schedule
