Cleaner - 4am Opener

About the Role:
The Fitness Factory Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in New York, NY! Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of gym floors, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub all facility surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products throughout the facility
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly and regularly
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
• Follow proper sanitation protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
• Ensure restrooms and locker rooms are cleaned and inspected frequently throughout shifts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance strongly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
