Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery process
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Prior rehabilitation, med/surg, or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
