Responsibilities:

• Perform professional therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
• Conduct client intake assessments to identify needs, contraindications, and treatment goals
• Customize massage techniques and pressure to meet individual client preferences and conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
• Document client sessions and track progress for ongoing care
• Educate clients on self-care practices, stretching, and wellness recommendations
• Uphold professional boundaries and confidentiality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Valid California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC certification required)
• Proven experience in therapeutic massage, spa, or clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule and manage appointment bookings
• Physical stamina to perform multiple sessions per day
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about holistic wellness
