QA/QC Administrative Report Reviewer

Pay: $20.00/hr + opportunity for two $1 increases within the 1st year
Schedule: Monday–Friday8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-Time | On-Site | West Tulsa

Manpower is hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Report Reviewer for a full-time opportunity supporting a QA/QC team. 

What You’ll Do

• Review reports, spreadsheets, PDFs, photos, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and track report information in Excel
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information
• Communicate with field technicians to obtain corrections or missing documentation
• Maintain organized electronic files using SharePoint
• Track reports and follow up on outstanding items
• Follow established procedures, checklists, and client requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and PDF software
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Able to compare information across multiple documents and systems
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Dependable and able to work independently after training
• Someone who can learn, retain and apply new information quickly
