Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a baby sitter for my 16-month-old son. He's fun, cute, and a pretty easy kiddo. We'd like someone that listens to our no TV policy when he's awake, and is open to finding creative ways to play with him. We are mainly looking for someone to help us with coverage when we want a date night or potentially on days when daycare is closed. We hope to establish a long term working relationship with someone we can rely on. We also have two dogs, they are fairly chill.
