The Retail Customer Service Specialist plays a key role as the front counter representative, providing in-person service to customers by greeting them, processing work orders, preparing invoices, and addressing inquiries. Operating primarily in a solo capacity, this role involves handling phone communications and working closely with the manager to accurately quote repair work, ensuring smooth customer interactions and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized in-person service
• Process and document work orders accurately
• Prepare and issue invoices using designated software
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
• Resolve customer issues and answer product-related questions
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to support sales
• Communicate effectively with customers about services and pricing
• Collaborate with the manager to provide accurate repair quotes

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
