Prep Cook

Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced prep cook for our restaurant in Noho!

We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Nashville, and Denver, and more on the horizon.

WE OFFER:

• Rate starts at $19/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-2 years restaurant experience in this role
• Open availability (including weekends) is required
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Advanced knife skills
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Must be available weekends
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
