Inventory Management Specialist

Job Duties:

Implement and maintain an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control.

Oversee the accuracy of all inventory data. Perform regular cycle counts, complete physical inventory, and spot checks.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory stock balances, proactively identifying shortages, excesses, or reorder needs

Ensure proper handling, storage, scanning, and labeling of products.

Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.

Maintain the purchase item database for accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and attributes

Collaborate with all Sales & Service teams to align on material availability, pricing, and sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an inventory manager or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• An analytical mind with strong math skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and trustworthy
•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• HVAC knowledge a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
