First Step Staffing is hiring Food Production Associates for a food processing and manufacturing facility. We have MANY openings in packing, packaging, quality inspection, production, case packing, palletizing, and general labor.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday - Friday from 4:45 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Duties

• Inspect and sort apples on a production line, removing bruised or damaged product.
• Perform hand packing, bagging, sealing, case packing, weighing, taping, and palletizing.
• Inspect finished packages for leaks, bad seals, proper counts, and quality.
• Fill, stack, and move containers weighing approximately 20–25 pounds.
• Rotate between production, packing, inspection, and material handling duties as needed.

Requirements

• Able to work 7:30 AM–5:00 PM or 4:45 PM–4:00 AM, depending on assignment.
• Able to stand and perform repetitive production work throughout the shift.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production/manufacturing environment.
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team.
