Job Title: Medical Biller

Job Description:

We are a trusted provider of medical billing services and are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private/HMO Insurance billing procedures, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

This is a full-time on location position Monday-Friday 9am -5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and Private/HMO insurance policies.
• Act as a liaison between clients, the company, and insurance providers to resolve billing issues.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail regarding billing and payments.
• Follow up on claims to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Keep clients informed of the status of their billing and payments.
• Stay up to date with current Medicare billing guidelines and insurance regulations.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private/HMO insurance billing procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with computers, billing software, and technology.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
