Installer Helper

We are seeking an Installer Helper to join our team and support the installation and repair of various equipment and home remodel projects. You will work closely with a small team to ensure smooth operations and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of windows, doors, and other home remodeling tasks
• Furnish tools, materials, and supplies to team members
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
• Track and manage equipment and supplies
• Support a small team (2-4 members) effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in hand tool operation
• Physical stamina for manual tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
• Safety conscious with good awareness of workplace hazards
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure

• Experience at any and all levels in relevant fields
