What Youll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, youll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to foster independence.
• Helping clients participate in community activities and social events.
• Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Documenting progress and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities.
