Position Summary

As an Order Selector / Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

Order Selection & Shipping

• Accurately select products using location information, product descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Pack products according to distribution guidelines and ensure proper labeling and identification.
• Sort, consolidate, and palletize products for shipment.
• Load customer orders safely and efficiently for distribution.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP guidelines, and food safety procedures.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and accurately to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and report any quality, food safety, or compliance concerns.

Safety

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and follow all established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Serve as a safety-minded team member by helping promote safe work practices throughout the facility.
• Immediately report safety concerns, incidents, or hazards.

Teamwork & Accountability

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Audit completed work for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Support operational goals by working efficiently and meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to quality, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry products throughout the shift.
• Warehouse, distribution center, or order selecting experience is a plus, but not required.
