Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shipment routing to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries.

  Select appropriate carriers and transportation methods based on service requirements, transit time, and cost.

  Optimize routes and load utilization to maximize efficiency.

  Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.

  Monitor route performance and proactively address transportation disruptions.

  Communicate routing instructions to carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers.

  Maintain and update routing guides and carrier assignments.
