Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse or worksite while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers.
• Move materials and products to designated storage or production areas.
• Stack and organize pallets and inventory according to company procedures.
• Inspect forklifts and equipment before each shift and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for visible damage.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse staff, drivers, and other team members.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete required training.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Ability to work around warehouse equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
