Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

$65-$70/Hour | Flexible Schedule | 4-5 Workdays | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join a close-knit practice focused on thorough, patient-centered care and long-term patient relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality over volume. With 1.5-hour new patient appointments and 1-hour returning patient appointments, you’ll have the time and support to provide comprehensive care without feeling rushed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Perform periodontal charting, measurements, and clinical assessments
• Complete digital X-rays and assist with imaging as needed
• Utilize in-office laser technology for approved hygiene procedures
• Administer and manage nitrous oxide for qualified patients
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and preventive care
• Collaborate with the doctor to support coordinated and efficient patient care

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist License
• 1+ year of private dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable working in a patient-focused, team-oriented environment
• Experience with digital charting and X-rays preferred
• Laser certification preferred or willingness to complete training
• Nitrous certification preferred or willingness to complete training
