In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene. Responsibilities include meal preparation, monitoring vital signs, and medication administration. Candidates must be proficient in checking blood sugar and administering subcutaneous insulin (requires current nurse delegation). Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating care with guardians and family members. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, managing pharmacy refills, and communicating with medical providers as needed.
