EHS Coordinator

Join a growing food manufacturing company in Decatur, IL as a Safety Coordinator. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe workplace by supporting safety programs, conducting audits, leading training, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections
• Lead safety training and emergency drills
• Track safety metrics and prepare reports
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Support OSHA compliance and site safety programs
• Develop and maintain lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Manage fall protection plans and safety documentation
• Participate in safety committee meetings
• Communicate safety updates to employees and leadership

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial safety
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience with safety audits and training
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze safety data and identify trends

Work in a food manufacturing facility with a combination of office and production floor responsibilities. PPE is required in production areas, and you'll regularly interact with employees and leadership across the facility.
