Job Description

The Shift Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow execution to meet service and productivity goals. This role involves planning and prioritizing activities based on various factors such as order volume and equipment capacity, while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory movement, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities based on order volume, inbound shipments, labor availability, and equipment capacity.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise and develop warehouse employees by setting performance expectations and managing attendance.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support inventory control processes such as cycle counts and system transaction accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for carriers, contractors, and facility service providers.
• Act as the site’s operational leader, making day-to-day decisions and escalating significant risks to leadership.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate controlled, well-kept warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Arlington,TX.
