CARPENTER FOREMAN

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules and production goals
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
• Perform site layout and verify measurements to ensure accurate installations
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards throughout all phases of construction
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety requirements
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and jobsite organization
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software for reporting and project documentation

• 3+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Foreman
• Commercial construction experience required
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, and interior build-outs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience leading crews and coordinating jobsite activities
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

This position is based on active commercial construction sites and requires both hands-on carpentry work and crew leadership. Candidates should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions while leading teams and maintaining production goals.

This is a Contract position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
