Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs in a dynamic school environment near Hartford, CT. This onsite position offers you the chance to provide vital one-on-one assistance and contribute directly to students’ daily successes. You'll work a steady schedule—Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM—allowing for work-life balance while making a meaningful impact. The assignment is set from October 1st through November 30th, with the potential for extension.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, particularly in school settings
• Background in supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral challenges
• Ability to build rapport and provide individualized care
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and specialists

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to a student with social-emotional and behavioral needs
