School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) – Winsted, CT

In this role, you’ll provide individualized physical therapy services that promote students’ mobility, independence, and participation within the educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut PT license
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents
• Ability to work full-time within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other members of the student support team
