Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Ocean Shores, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to design and oversee effective behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify students’ support needs
• Develop individualized behavior intervention programs tailored to diverse learners
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and ABA techniques
• Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members as needed
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans
• Maintain clear and open communication with parents, teachers, and related service providers
