Job Description

The Wire Harness Assembler will be responsible for building cable assemblies and wire harnesses in a manufacturing environment. This role demands hands-on experience with cable and harness fabrication, along with the ability to work independently as a self-starter within a small team.

• Assemble cable and wire harnesses.
• Perform crimping, cutting, stripping, and soldering of wires.
• Work with various connectors.
• Follow manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain quality and consistency in workmanship.

Work Environment

Work Monday through Friday, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Start times may vary, but regular stand-up meetings occur daily at 8:00 AM. The schedule includes either 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shifts, with occasional overtime possible.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niceville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Niceville,FL.
