Assembler/general Laborer

Job Description

Join a small and dynamic team as an Assembler/General Laborer. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative products such as LED screens and switchable privacy glass screens, which transform from frosted to clear. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow within the company, with the potential for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble glass panels by attaching LED screens.
• Transfer assembled panels into an oven for fusion.
• Load finished products onto pallets and package them.
• Work with general assembly tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to fix mechanical issues.
• Capability to work independently and demonstrate trainability.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.
• Experience with loading and unloading tasks.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate controlled facility, where you will work alongside a small team of 3-4 employees. The role operates on a first shift, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
