Nanny Needed For My Children

My son will be 2. 5 months old so I am looking for someone that is comfortable and experienced in infant care. We do have a dog, so I'd also need to be sure our caregiver is comfortable around big dogs (80lb pointer/lab mix). I work nearby and leave around 8 a.m. most days and will be back home around 5-5:30. My husbands schedule is more flexible and may be popping in and out of the home throughout the day.
