Before School or After School Work - Now Hiring

I'm a newly single mom working full time now and I need reliable help after schools with my 8 and 11-year-old. Mainly getting them from the bus, hanging out, doing activities and homework. Would be between 2 and 5. Looking for someone good with that age group that would have fun taking my kids outside or doing activities instead of tech. Bonus if experienced with special needs since my 11-year-old is on the spectrum, but pretty easy.
