CNA Rate: $19.50-$23.22/hour

White County Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an Activities Director to create meaningful and engaging programs that support the interests, abilities, and quality of life of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate individual and group activities

• Develop programs based on residents' interests, abilities, and needs

• Organize seasonal events, entertainment, and special programs

• Encourage resident participation and independent activities

• Assist residents to and from activities as needed

• Maintain an engaging and positive activities environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with elderly individuals required

• CNA certification preferred

• Recreation or activities experience preferred

• Degree in Recreation or previous experience as an Activities Director or Recreation Assistant preferred

• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
