Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for someone who will be actively engaged in helping my 11-month-old develop per age-appropriate milestones. Someone who is experienced and comfortable driving as I may be signing them up for activities outside of the house. Someone who needs to be comfortable with me working from home while they care for our little one. Definitely need help with Household tasks during nap time/downtime.. light cleaning/meal prep for baby.
