Seminole family seeking a reliable, organized nanny/household assistant for 25-30 hours per week. Kids: 10, 8, 5 Responsibilities: - School drop-off and pickup as needed - Childcare after school and on school days off possibly - Housekeeping: general cleaning, kitchen, tidying - Laundry: wash, fold, and put away Requirements: - 2+ years nanny/childcare experience with references - Valid FL license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle - CPR/First Aid certified or willing to certify - Background check and MVR required Schedule: 25-30 hrs/week, mostly school-day hours, with flexibility for pickups and occasional extra coverage
