Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I work from home but need an extra set of eyes and hands during the day. I will have lunchs and snacks prepared, just need to serve. We have a park across the street the girls love playing at. The youngest naps 1. 5-3 hours daily and the toddler usually joins her. I'm looking for someone who can structure play time but also let them take the lead. Preferably bilingual
