Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Archie had a paralysis event this year where he lost use of his back legs. He is walking again, but he still has some trouble controlling his bladder for long periods of time and he cannot tell when he needs to poo. He can potty on his own, but he doesn't know when it is going to happen exactly, it sort of catches him by surprise because that nerve function hasn't fully returned. I try to take him out to poo every 12 hours from the last time he pooped. He needs to be monitored overnight and needs to be let outside every 4 hours or so to pee.
