We are currently looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a licensed electrician who is comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems, completing residential upgrades, and communicating directly with homeowners.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work throughout the Orlando area.
• Troubleshoot electrical failures and determine appropriate repairs or upgrades.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot residential generators and backup power systems.
• Complete electrical panel replacements and upgrades.
• Inspect and test electrical equipment to identify safety or performance issues.
• Evaluate customer needs and prepare quotes for residential electrical work.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ensure completed work complies with current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and applicable local codes.
• Clearly explain electrical issues, recommended repairs, and available solutions to homeowners.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while working inside customers' homes.
• Follow company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or applicable electrical specialty license
• Residential electrical service experience
• Generator installation experience required
• Experience with electrical panel replacements and upgrades
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Knowledge of current NEC requirements
• Experience estimating or quoting residential electrical projects
• Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining company quality and safety standards
• Professional attitude when interacting with homeowners
