Occupational Therapist (OTR) – PRN

Location: Georgetown, OH
Schedule: PRN – 1–9 hours per week and/or as needed

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Georgetown, OH.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
