 is a successful, growing family-owned company specializing in dryer vent and fireplace inspections and cleanings for apartments and condos. This is a recession-proof, in-demand service — and business is booming.

We are looking for dependable subcontractors to complete dryer vent repair work at apartment communities throughout North Atlanta.

If you have experience in construction, remodeling, drywall, HVAC, maintenance, roofing, handyman work, or another skilled trade, we can train you on our dryer vent repair methods. Previous dryer vent experience is not required.

This is a good opportunity for an independent tradesperson looking to add steady service tickets and consistent project work to their schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Repair and replace 4' dryer vent ductwork
• Install and replace dryer vent caps and terminations
• Diagnose airflow and ventilation issues
• Open access areas when needed to complete repairs
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and occasionally rooftops
• Complete work inside occupied apartment communities
• Document completed repairs
• Maintain a clean, professional work area

What You'll Need:

• Own truck or work vehicle
• Own hand tools and power tools
• General Liability Insurance / COI
• Workers' Compensation coverage if using helpers or employees
• Completed W-9 before first job
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with residents and property managers
• Comfortable using tools, climbing ladders, and working inside existing structures

Relevant Experience:

• Drywall
• HVAC
• Property maintenance
• Roofing
• Handyman services
• General repair or mechanical trades
• Dryer vent experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.

Pay & Service Area:

Paid per completed job.

Work is primarily located throughout Roswell, Norcross, and North Atlanta. Work volume and earnings will depend on the number and type of service tickets completed.
