Description
American Traveler seeks an inpatient Speech Language Pathologist with an active Illinois license and 2+ years of experience to perform video swallow studies and dysphagia management in a hospital setting.
Details
- Inpatient setting located in the main hospital
- Performs video swallow studies, bedside swallow evaluations, and dysphagia management
- 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
- No weekends or call required
- Floating within scope to other like units may be required
Requirements
- Active Illinois SLP license required if applicable
- 2+ years of recent experience in inpatient speech language pathology
- 2 years of relevant setting experience
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Additional Information
- Provide swallow study assessments and dysphagia management for inpatient population
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted for consideration
