About who needs care: Hello, I'm dealing with complex PTSD, anxiety, severe ADHD, and an autoimmune condition that is affecting executive function. I need assistance with navigating doctors appointments, organizing my computer, physical notes, helping me create systems that I can emplement as I improve my health. About the care needs: I need someone who is systems minded, logical, organized, positive, kind, optimistic, friendly, personal assistant type that can assist someone who is fatigued and disorganized, struggles with staying on task, and has a big work load.
