Responsibilities

  • Direct superintendents, foremen, and crews across plumbing, piping, HVAC, and sheet metal scopes.
  • Plan manpower across projects and move labor to protect schedules and productivity.
  • Coordinate with project managers on schedules, buyout, prefabrication, and material logistics.
  • Enforce the safety program, including federal jobsite requirements, with zero tolerance.
  • Run quality control from fabrication through installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Manage subcontractor field performance and coordination with the general contractor.
  • Own field productivity reporting, labor forecasting, and lookahead scheduling.
  • Recruit, develop, and hold accountable field supervision across the island.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 10+ years in commercial mechanical construction with 5+ years as a general superintendent or senior superintendent over multiple trades.
  • Field leadership across plumbing, piping, HVAC, and sheet metal on complex commercial or federal projects.
  • Manpower planning and productivity management across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Working knowledge of federal jobsite requirements (NAVFAC or USACE, EM 385-1-1).
  • OSHA 30 and a current record of safe project delivery.
  • Willingness to relocate to Guam.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with prefabrication and BIM-driven field installation.
  • Union field background (UA or SMART).
  • Military construction or Seabee background.
