  • Lead procurement strategy, manpower planning, and workforce utilization across projects.
  • Run quality control from BIM through fabrication to field installation.
  • Set the standards for risk mitigation, contract execution, and change management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in mechanical contracting with progressive leadership over multi-trade operations (plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, controls, service, special projects).
  • Full P&L responsibility: forecasting, budgeting, labor productivity, cost control, and profitability improvement.
  • Experience leading union and non-union workforces and scaling operations across business units or markets.
  • Delivery of complex commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, federal, and industrial mechanical projects.
  • Hands-on, field-present leader with advanced mechanical systems knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Oahu.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in Hawaii or other island and remote-logistics markets.
  • Time as a superintendent or general superintendent before moving into operations.
  • Employee-owned company experience.
