A well-established Los Angeles employment defense firm is actively hiring experienced L&E attorneys, work can be fully remote after onboarding.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-7+ years of employment defense litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Comfortable managing a caseload independently
• Strong legal writer with practical, business-minded judgment
• Comfortable in an onsite, in-office environment

What Is Offered

• Competitive base compensation, $200-300k+ depending on experience, plus a bonus structure designed to keep total comp competitive with BigLaw
