WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As our HUD Housing Site Manager, you'll earn a competitive wage of $22-$26 per hour. You'll work alongside a supportive team, lead site operations, oversee staff, and play a key role in maintaining a thriving community.

All that you need is:

• Experience with affordable housing and HUD compliance standards
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills in person, through email, and via Teams
• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Prior experience as a property manager for 100+ units, customer service experience, strong technology skills, and a resilient, results-driven leadership style are preferred.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR HUD HOUSING SITE MANAGER?

In this full-time role, you'll guide applicants through the rental process, collaborate with the Muskegon Housing Commission, and ensure compliance with HUD and Fair Housing requirements. You'll coordinate lease signings and welcome new residents while overseeing maintenance activities to ensure work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers stay on track. You'll also supervise an office/leasing assistant, provide direction to the maintenance team, and maintain a high standard of customer service for residents and visitors.
