CNC Operator - Night shift

CNC Machine Operator

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday -Friday 6pm-6am

We are looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will operate manual CNC machinery, inspect finished parts, and assist with finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC and shop machinery safely and efficiently
• Finish and deburr parts
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Measure and mark parts as needed
• Complete production and inspection paperwork
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and training requirements
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic shop math skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and fingers
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with higher noise levels and varying temperatures
