assembly worker and machine operator

responsible for operating production machinery and assembling products according to company specifications and quality standards. Duties include setting up and monitoring machines, loading materials, assembling components, inspecting finished products for defects, and meeting daily production goals. Maintains a clean and safe work area, follows all safety procedures, completes required production documentation, and reports equipment or quality issues to supervisors.

First shift hours  7:00 am to 7:00 pm est 

Second shift hours 7:00pm to 5:30 am est 

-High School Diploma or GED

-Must wear steel toe boots

-ability to work in a fast speed manufacturing environment

-ability to operate a machinery and assembly equipment 

- follow written and verbal instructions 

- inspect automotive parts for defects and quality issues 

- meet production and quality standards 

- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

- follow OSHA, plant, and company safety procedures 

- work effectively as part of a production team 

- willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime when required
