Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
• Valid Driver License required for this need
• Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLE
• MA Physical Therapist License
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Candidate required to be Home Health Certified
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Must have their own vehicle for this need
• Must be able to pass a fit test (Use N95 Mask)

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Scheduled 40 hours per week
• Start time: 8:00 AM
• End time: 4:30 PM
• Rotating weekends and holiday coverage required if needed

Location Highlights

Pittsfield offers access to both outdoor recreation and cultural attractions in western Massachusetts.
