manufacturing associate - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the efficient operation of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing associate pipeline

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Pay Range: $18.34 hourly 

Shift: Monday- Friday 1:30pm-10:30pm 

What's the Job?

• Assist in the assembly and production of manufacturing components
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools effectively
• Support team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
